Has an issue when images are deletedposted by Anthony T. on 11/15/2012

Truly wonderful upgrade. Just one exception. I installed this script exactly as directed, and everything worked. But then when I deleted some images they disappeared on the front interface, BUT left invisible gaps between the photos in the gallery as if they were still there.

The other thing that happened after deleting some images was that when I tried to add more images, they might show up or they would not.

There was aso a weird phenomenon where 2 out of 3 of the scripts folders disappeared temporarily as seen through my SFTP software.

This all happened after I deleted some images. I called my Host provider and they did an extensive look and found nothing.

REALLY love what you have done with the script, it just has some kind of a "delete" bug.

» From which version did you upgrade? Try to delete all the "galleryname_dir"-files inside the ki_base-folder and see if the delete bug still remains.

my friend, first, congratulation for this great script, its fantastic!!!

I was trying and works fine... but I have a little problem: I don't know why I cant enter to the admin area;

I was trying the script here: http://www.visualcar.net/galeria/
So, following the intructions, I must enter the next url to enter to admin area: http://www.visualcar.net/galeria/?admin=admin
I try to enter but, I can write, but my bottom 'enter' doesnt work, to finally process and enter to the admin area... I dont know why... am I doing something wrong?

Please help.

» You are opening the wrong url. Where do you see the gallery? On what page? It should be something like http://www.visualcar.net/index.php?seccion=gallery&admin=admin in your case.

Hi, nice gallery!!! I'd like to use it, but I wanna ask you if is it possible to do something like one webpage with galleries folder from which I will be forwarded to the individual galleries. Is there this function for it or I have to do manually (simile as first page in picasa web album)?? Please let me know, thanks Jan

» There is no such a thing inside the gallery. You have to design it yourself.rn

I'm a php web developer I wish I can learn GD again, back then the topic was very hard to really create or develop something like this! But you seen to create something very special! I don't have any clients that need something like this but In the future, if I need this script I will definitely email and pay you to used this script!! Keep up the Good Work! More power to you!
