When opened in IE 7,8 my site doesn't work. I mean the script doesn't work.
I'm not that good in coding so I'd appreciate help.

The script runs fine in IE browsers. It's just a small error you made, that causes it to crash. Open your settings and check your "$fr_color"-parameter. It looks like you have two #'s in the beginning. Please remove the first # and you should be fine.
