KoschtIT Image Gallery v2.0beta1

It took some time, but now it's finally ready. I have spend a lot of time coding this new major release and I hope you will like it. Everybody feel free to have a look on this beta. If you find any bugs or think, that something should be changed before the script goes public write a reply. Thanks.

Really nice script: you had done a great work.

unfortunatelly it seems that the 2.0 beta 1 doens't work properly if I use a nested <div> while the 1.82 work properly.

I've updated the download file with a fixed version. Can't belief I didn't come across this bug before. But that's what a beta test is for ... Thanks wolftj and keep coming the feedback.
If any of you had troubles to see the gallery this may have been the cause. Please download again.

hallo zusammen!
zwischenzeitlich konnte ich die neue version der image-galerie testen.
auch diese version läuft – wie auch schon die vorgängerversion – einwandfrei!

eigentlich fand ich schon die version 1.82 so gut wie perfekt.
hervorragend in der neuen version ist gelöst, dass man nun auch bei fehlendem javascript durch die einzelfotos navigieren kann.
auch die neue animierte bildvorschau ist sehr schön.

was mir persönlich nicht so gefällt sind die navigationsbutton. ich fand die textlinks zum navigieren übersichtlicher. aber wie gesagt, das ist geschmackssache.

eine slideshow kann jetzt auch erst starten, wenn ein foto geöffnet wurde. in der vorgängerversion konnte man direkt mit der slideshow starten, was mir viele meiner gäste als sehr nützlich bestätigten und davon gebrauch machten.
mein vorschlag: die maximierungsfunktion (die eigentlich ein grosses „durcheinander“ durch die überlagerung erzeugt) durch die slideshowfunktion ersetzen.

und noch eine letzte verbesserung. wenn man an den randbereich geht und sich die vorschaubilder anzeigen läßt, bleibt das hauptbild so lange dunkel, bis man den mauszeiger von den vorschaubildern wegzieht.
ich würde das hauptbild entweder immer hell lassen, bzw. dann hell schalten, wenn ein vorschaubild angeklickt wird.

an dieser stelle möchte ich kostantin auch nochmal ein lob für diese super galerie aussprechen, und ich finde es klasse, wie er auf individuelle probleme und wünsche eingeht. das hat man echt selten und hilft leuten wie mir, die keine ahnung vom programmieren haben. vielen dank dafür!!!
