Documentation - Writing picture comments
As soon as you are logged in as admin (see admin panel) you can write picture comments to each picture. For this just open the particular image and write your comment below it inside the form field.
Comments are automatically saved when you press CTRL + Enter. A database is not needed. You can also add any HTML-code to picture comments - it will be displayed the regular way.
